What we do

PTI Cymru operate a dedicated phoneline for staff working at Coleg Cambria to ring and report their sickness. This service is important now more than ever in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, allowing staff to notify the college of their absence in a safe and efficient way.

All PTI Cymru contact centre agents have been trained to help ensure they are properly equipped to undertake the handling of these calls and the logging of staff sickness. This information is then reported back to Coleg Cambria.

This contract is one example of how our call centre facilities and bilingual contact centre agents are equipped to deliver our services for clients outside of the Welsh transport industry. The adaptable and professional approach of our agents ensures they are able to deliver an exceptionally high standard of service for customers, no matter the industry type. This has been vital in allowing our service provision to expand and best meet the needs of new and existing clients.
